About Golden Care Estates

Golden Care is a dedicated property management company operating in the east London area. We offer a specialist service in residential lettings for tenants and landlords. We manage an expanding portfolio of properties throughout the east of the capital and our diverse portfolio range from modern purpose built blocks through to substantial converted properties.

As an approved agent for London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Golden Care Estates have gained valuable experience in managing properties for local Government and have developed a system of procedures to help circumvent many of the challenges that are often encountered when dealing with tenants living in temporary accommodation.

Many of our Landlords are investors with large properties portfolios; these clients appreciate the personal service that is afforded them by Golden Care Estates.

Our staff and associated consultants have over 25 years relevant property management experience between them including previous management level work experience in organisations as large as Hyde housing and London Quadrant, as a result of this experience our staff are used to handling large property portfolios and in some cases portfolios of greater than 1000 properties.

We are an ethnically diverse agency with an understanding of the challenges that face tenants coming from ethnic minorities. Because of the recent increase in the number of ethnic minority families now residing in London we believe that an agency that combines a thorough local knowledge with an understanding of the cultural needs of the borough's minority groups will be well poised to play a critical role in the implementation of any new housing measures with a concern for racial diversity.
