As a BS EN ISO 9001:2000 accredited company Golden Care Estates has put in place a Quality management system evidenced by documented processes, policies and procedures, this ensures that we maintain the very highest standards of service.

As part of our drive to reduce our carbon footprint Golden Care has adopted measures that help lessen the impact our business has on our environment, as a result of these measures Golden Care has been accredited ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems.

The safety of our staff and those who use our services is of the upmost importance to our company. Our commitment to Health & Safety has led Golden Care to attain the accreditation BS OHAS 18001.

In addition to the above Golden Care Estates is also a NAEA (National Association for Estate Agents), LLAS (London Landlord Accreditation Scheme) and OEA (Ombudsman for Estate Agents) registered company.
