Unlike many other management service providers we believe that a robust management system is not dependent on complete departmentalisation and have trained our staff in the use of a system of "one stop reporting" that enables a single member of staff to take a client query or request from the initial stages of logging and recording, through the interim stages of priority repairs scheduling, until the final stage when the matter is resolved.
